Aleksandr Vasilenko appointed as the first Deputy CEO of Transmashholding


Aleksandr Vasilenko was appointed as the first Deputy CEO of JSC Transmashholding.

Aleksandr Vasilenko will be responsible for Transmashholding’s technical development, operations and sourcing. 

Aleksandr Vasilenko was born on 13 June 1959 in Bryansk, graduated from Bryansk Institute of Transport Machine-Building with a major in Railway Car Building and Rolling Stock. Since 1983 he had been working at Kalinin Railway Car Building Plant named after M.I. Kalinin and awarded with the Order of Lenin (nowadays OJSC Tver Railway Car Building Plant, part of Transmashholding), which he headed in April 2008. 

Aleksandr Vasilenko is joining Transmashholding after leaving the post of CEO at another Holding’s big company Bryansk Machine Building Plant (also part of the Holding) where he has worked since 2012.
