Transmashholding and Bauman MSTU have shown their intentions to cooperate in the field of innovation and staff training.


JSC Transmashholding signed a strategic partnership agreement with the federal-funded educational institute of higher training “Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman (national research university.

It’s the first time an agreement with Bauman MSTU was signed and it will remain in force during the next five years.

The agreement was endorsed by the Principal Anatoliy Aleksandrov and the CEO of Transmashholding Kirill Lipa. The agreement defines the major patterns of development. In the field of research, it’s expected to develop a number of priorities, including the development of design solutions to increase the power plant performance for transport systems. Also, the Agreement provides for cooperation in the field of innovation and staff training.

In 2016 Transmashholding signed a number of similar agreements: a cooperation agreement on engineering staff professional training and development was signed with Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (MIIT) in May ; an agreement on professional training and research potential development in the field of human resources management in the companies being part of the holding was signed with the South-Russian State Polytechnic University (SRSPU) in November.
