Transmashholding changed business managers of three sites

JSC Transmashholding, the largest railway rolling stock producer in Russia, changed business managers of three of its plants on September 1. 

Now, Andrey Solovey is the head of Tsentrosvarmash together with Tver Carriage Works. He is born on June 16, 1962 in Komsomolsk of the Khabarovsk Territory, graduated from Minsk Higher Engineering School of Aircraft Missile Defense with a degree in Automated Control Systems. A. Solovey is an experienced business manager with good knowledge of Tsentrosvarmash production; he was in charge of this plant before being appointed as General Director of Tver Carriage Works. 

Evgeniy Vozhakin was appointed the General Director of Kolomenskiy Zavod. In this position, he replaced Vladimir Karpov, who will continue to work in Transmashholding as an adviser on the development of diesel engines. E. Vozhakin has great experience in the industry. From 1989 to 2013, he worked at Tver Carriage Works; in 2013, he was acting General Director. Recently, he was Minister of Industry and Information Technologies of the Tver region. 

Mikhail Skuratko was appointed to the post of General Director of Penzadieselmash. Since December 2016, M. Skuratko is the executive director of this enterprise. He was born in 1960 in the Zaporozhye region, graduated from the Kharkov Polytechnic Institute, specializing in locomotive engineering. Before joining Penzadieselmash, he worked for a long time at the Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant.
